Sexual violence against children – perpetrated both offline and online – is on the rise all over the world. We call upon all States, the tech industry and other relevant stakeholders to commit to prevent and end the sexual exploitation and abuse of children online and create a safer digital future for every child through: Legislation and regulation Funding Centering the perspectives of children, victims and survivors in the response Building public and institutional awareness.
Abolishing Statutes of Limitation (SOLs)
Call on governments to abolish criminal and civil statutes of limitations (SOLs) to guarantee survivors can bring perpetrators and complicit institutions to justice.
