Sarah leads resource development for Together for Girls and the Brave Movement. She works with funders to create and maintain transparent and impactful partnerships and is driving the development of new strategic initiatives, working with various funders.

Before joining TfG, Sarah was Director of Philanthropy for the International Crisis Group, leading a multi-country team to build meaningful, long-term partnerships with philanthropists, family foundations, and the private sector. During her tenure, she created and led the Women’s Global Alliance for Peace, an initiative bringing together an international network of women philanthropists who desire a safer, fairer, and more peaceful world.

Prior to this, Sarah led fundraising teams at ActionAid International, where she supported the growth of high-value income across the federation, and Oxfam Great Britain, where she led fundraising from Trusts and Foundations.
